Return Policy

1. If a buyer has purchased an item by way of any of the Zetamedicine SafePay processes and never received it or received an item worth significantly less in value compared to what was described, reimbursement will be made by Zetamedicine.com to the buyer of the value of the item only. To be eligible, a buyer needs to file a complaint with Zetamedicine.com within 48 hours of receiving (or not receiving) the relevant item.

2. Shipping fees for returned Items:

• Return item due to a Fault in the item (Wrong item – item defective … etc.), Item must be in the original state & condition when purchased and received.

i. If the buyer claimed Within the 7 Days of the date of delivery
-Zeta Medicine pays the Delivery Shipment Fees

ii. If the buyer claimed after the 7 Days of the date of delivery (Only if returned approved)
-Buyer pays the Delivery Shipment Fees
• Return item due to Buyer’s Fault. Item must be in the original state & condition when purchased and received.

If the buyer claimed within the 7 Days of the date of delivery (Only if returned approved)
-Buyer pays the Delivery Shipment Fees
